The Student InCENTives program provides grants of up to $1,000.00 for Oklahoma City Public Schools students to attend academic and artistic competitions.  Funding is not available for field trips, performances, meetings or other academic activities.  The Student InCENTives program is funded by employee contributions through the TEAM (Together Employees Add More) Campaign.

Policies and Procedures:
  1. Application and Evaluation forms are available online at www.okckids.com.  Applications may be submitted through the Foundation website form only.

  2. Funds for qualified applications are available on a first-come, first-served basis each semester until funds are depleted.

  3. Applications are due to the Foundation no later than 30 days prior to the deadline of the event for which funds are requested.  If approved, the Foundation will disburse checks within two weeks of the application to the activity account of the requesting school. 

  4. Only applications that are reviewed and approved by the principal of the school are eligible for consideration.

  5. Funds are available up to $1,000.00 per event, not to exceed the total cost of the event.

 

Terms and Conditions


By applying for a Student InCENTives grant, we agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

  1. The grant will be used solely as described on the Student InCENTives application form.

  2. The funds will be used in a timely manner and in compliance with the dates indicated in the proposal.

  3. Any monies not used for the stated purposes of the grant will be returned promptly to the Foundation for Oklahoma City Public Schools.

  4. An evaluation form must be submitted to the Foundation within 30 days after the event.  Failure to submit an evaluation will disqualify your school from future funding.
