1. Grant money may be used for the following expenses: travel/transportation, meals, lodging and competition fees. Grant money may not be used for expenses related to competition preparation (for example: tap shoes, sheet music, t-shirts, practice materials, etc.). Grant money may not be used for field trips, performances, meetings or activities outside of artistic or academic competitions.
   
   
2. Funds for qualified applications are available on a first-come, first-served basis each semester until funds are depleted.
   
   
3. Applications are due to the Foundation no later than 30 days prior* to the deadline of the event for which funds are requested.  If approved, the Foundation will disburse checks within two weeks of the application to the activity account of the requesting school. 
   
   *We are aware that occasions may arise where students are notified less than 30 days in advance that they have qualified for the next round of a competition. Please call The Foundation, (405) 879-2007, to discuss any special circumstances.
   
   
4. Only applications that are reviewed and approved by the principal of the school are eligible for consideration.
   
   
5. Funds are available up to $1,000.00 per event, not to exceed the total cost of the event.
   
   
6. Application and Evaluation forms are available online at www.okckids.com.  Applications may be submitted through the Foundation website form only.

By applying for a Student InCENTives grant, I agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. The grant will be used solely as described on the Student InCENTives application form.

2. The funds will be used in a timely manner and in compliance with the dates indicated in the proposal.

3. Any monies not used for the stated purposes of the grant will be returned promptly to the Foundation for Oklahoma City Public Schools.

4. An evaluation form must be submitted to the Foundation within 30 days after the event.
