Perfect Partnership Nomination

The Perfect Partnership Award is presented annually for recognition of business/organization partnerships whose efforts have created outstanding resource support and/or volunteer support that has positively impacted Oklahoma City Public Schools.  Anyone may nominate a partnership for this award.

Eligibility: Businesses/organizations that have active partnerships with any Oklahoma City Public School are eligible.  Businesses/organizations may receive the Award once every three (3) years.  Businesses/organizations that receive financial gain from their activities at a school are not eligible for this award.

Number of Awards: One

Amount of Award: $1,000 gift to the partner's school

Instructions

  1. Complete the online nomination. Must be received by 4:30pm, Friday, January 7, 2011.
  2. Submit one additional Letter of Recommendation. The Letter of Recommendation should be provided by someone other than the person nominating the partnership. Additionally, the recommendation should be submitted on up to two, 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper (completed on a typewriter, printed from a computer, or written with a blue or black pen). Please do not exceed page count.

The Letter of Recommendation should address the following:

  1. How long have you been involved with this partnership and in what capacity have you worked with this partnership?
  2. How has this partnership demonstrated dedication to the school and students?
  3. What positive changes have the school/students experienced because of this partnership?
  4. What makes this partnership stand out?

The Letter of Recommendation may be mailed or faxed to the Foundation and must be received by the deadline (in the Foundation office no later than 11:59 p.m., Friday, January 7, 2011.

Nominations are not complete until both the online nomination and the Letter of Recommendation are received by the Foundation. Incomplete nominations will not be eligible. Materials will not be returned.
