Devon Great Idea Grants Individual Application

The Foundation for Oklahoma City Public Schools and Devon Energy are pleased to present the Devon Great Idea Grants.  The Individual Grants, of up to $1,000 each, are for individual teachers to implement projects that inspire students of all backgrounds and abilities to learn.

Eligibility:  All Oklahoma City Public Schools teachers and staff who have direct instructional responsibility for students (including media specialists and guidance counselors) in grades pre-k through 12 are eligible to apply.

Individual applicants may submit only one grant proposal per school year.  Funding will not be provided for computers, salaries, honoraria, travel or capital improvement projects.  Applications may not be duplicated and submitted by multiple individuals.  Additionally, teachers are permitted to apply for a Devon Great Idea Grant—Collaborative as part of a teaching team.  However, the collaborative grant proposal must be completely different than the individual proposal.
