How long should it take for me to receive an Order Confirmation e-mail? |
|
You should have your Order Confirmation e-mail within 3 hours of placing your order. If you haven't received an Order Confirmation e-mail within that period, please call The Foundation, (405) 879-2007, to confirm your order was received. |

I think I placed my order, but I'm not sure. |

I received my Order Confirmation, but some of the items list "0" as the quantity. Will I receive the items? |
|
No. An item is not deducted from stock until the order is placed. Many times, we receive dozens of orders within seconds of each other. If your order is the last to be processed by the online catalog, you may be notified that that item is no longer available. This results in a "0" item quantity on your Order Confirmation. However, our dedicated staff and volunteers try their best to fill even "0" quantities when they can. How? "0" quantities are filled with the extra inventory that is available if, and when, other teacher's orders exceed quantity limits. |

I received my Order Confirmation, when can I pick-up my order? |
|
Please pick-up your order during the next Teachers Warehouse Pick-up Days. Teachers Warehouse Pick-up Days are the first Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of the month. Please check the Teachers Warehouse Schedule to confirm Pick-up Days. Click here to view the schedule. |

Do I have to pick-up my order, or can I send someone else? |

It is perfectly acceptable to send someone else to pick-up your order. Many schools send one or two representatives to pick-up all the orders for their school. Other teachers send someone from their family or a friend. |

Where do I pick-up my Teachers Warehouse order? |

Items were missing from my order. What should I do? |
|
Please double check your order to make sure that the missing items are not marked with a "0" quantity or "Out of Stock." If not, please call The Foundation office, (405) 879-2007, we will double check to make sure no bags were left behind. (If the person picking up your order, collected orders for many teachers, you might check with your fellow teachers to see if they received one of your bags.) |

I have an emergency and cannot pick-up my order during Pick-up Days. What should I do? |

If one of your fellow teachers, friend or family cannot pick the order up for you, then call The Foundation, (405) 879-2007, to see if special arrangements may be made. Please remember that if we have not heard from you before the end of Pick-up Days, your order will be returned to stock. |

I didn't pick-up my order during the Pick-up Days. Can I stop by The Foundation office to pick-up my order? |

No. Unless special arrangements have been made prior to the end of Pick-up Days, your order will be returned to stock. |
