The Teachers Warehouse is an online catalog that provides free classroom supplies to Oklahoma City Public Schools teachers. Thanks to the generous support of the community, the Teachers Warehouse adds new supplies throughout the year. View the Teachers Warehouse schedule. Click here to see which schools are putting these generous contributions to use.

The next order days are March 15-21, 2010, beginning at 8:15 a.m. (you may need to click page refresh to see the catalog). Check back at that time to see the online catalog.

The next pick-up days are April 7-9, 2010,
from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If you received an e-mail confirmation, please stop by the NEW TEACHERS WAREHOUSE Location - Same building, just on the first floor in Ste. 102 - during the pick-up days to receive your order.

Sneak Peak
This year we'll alert you to hot items in the next catalog via The Foundation's facebook page: www.okckids.com/facebook. To receive these "sneak peak" alerts, you'll want to join us on facebook as one of our fans. If you don't have a facebook account, setting one up is easy and free.

New Location
This year you won't have to worry about stairs or the freight elevator, the Teachers Warehouse has moved to the first floor. Now you'll go to Suite 102 in the same building to pick-up your order. If you're stopping by The Foundation for other business, you'll still want to come to our business office in Suite 201. This is where we run the other Foundation programs, like Student InCENTives and Devon Great Idea Grants.

1 Order/Teacher/Month Policy
Beginning July 1, 2009, the Teachers Warehouse will limit teachers to one order per month. This policy is in place to help us maximize our resources in an effort to grow Foundation programs that assist teachers and students.

Please double-check your order before it is placed, to be sure it includes all the items you'd like to order from the Teachers Warehouse this month.

Picking-up for Your Whole School? Call Ahead
Now when you plan to pick-up all the orders for your school, you can call ahead (879-2007) to let us gather the orders before you arrive. We have the ability to run a report that lists all the teachers that ordered for your school that month. (This is another reason it's important for us to have your correct contact information.) And with our new location, picking up multiple orders is much easier!

Pick-up Order
Remember to pick-up your order during the scheduled pick-up days. The next pick-up days are September 2-4, 2009, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders that have not been picked-up by September 4, 2009 will be returned to stock. If you have an emergency and cannot make arrangements for a fellow teacher or friend to pick-up your order, please call The Foundation to make alternate arrangements at 879-2007.
